METHODS FOR PREDICTING SYSTEM PERFORMANCE.

Abstract

Queueing aspects of four Command and Control Systems and one large communications system are discussed. The applicability of state-of-theart queueing theory techniques to analyses of Command and Control Systems is demonstrated, and the need for new research in tandem queues is discussed. Two research approaches to tandem queueing problems are reported. (Author)
