HIGH RESOLUTION RAPIDLY PROGRAMMABLE MASKING FOR FUNCTIONAL ELECTRONIC BLOCKS.

Abstract

The objective of this program is to provide new low-cost programmable maskmaking of high resolution. A study and investigation phase, in progress, includes the areas of maskmaking requirements, positioning systems, and optical techniques. Target specifications and a general approach for an engineering model have been defined. (Author)
