INTERACTION BETWEEN MICROWAVES AND PLASMAS IN GAS DISCHARGES AND SEMICONDUCTORS

Abstract

Theoretical and experimental investigation were made of 1) microwave propagation in gas discharge and semiconductor plasmas; 2) noise radiation from a low-pressure plasma; 3) variations of plasma properties along the positive column of a low-pressure Hg discharge.
