MOLECULAR CIRCUIT DEVELOPMENT.
Abstract
This report summarizes the efforts undertaken in the developmental program on molecular circuits. Purpose of this project has been the performance of research and development into both materials and functions suitable for exploitation in molecular circuitry capable of operation at high temperatures. Work conducted under this contract has emphasized studies into high-temperature materials, passive and active devices, and thin-film circuitry. (Author)
