PROFICIENCY TESTS FOR MISSILE TECHNICIANS MAINTAINING THE TELEMETRY GROUND STATION EQUIPMENT AN/SKH-1 AND AN/UKR-10,

Abstract

The procedures used to develop an advanced telemetry performance test for missile technicians are described. Fleet fault data collection and analysis procedures are discussed in terms of providing a basis for test simulation of representative equipment faults. The test is designed to allow diagnostic appraisal of technician ability to detect chassis malfunctions during preventive maintenance tasks and provides a systematic stepby-step assessment of fault isolation and correction procedures. The test is integrated with a previously developed performance test for administrative compatibility and flexibility. (Author)
