Electrolytic Niobium and Niobium Alloy Capacitors of Wet and Solid Types.

Abstract

Efforts were directed to determine the best processing methods for the preparation of niobium porous anode solid electrolyte capacitors up to the canning stage. Parameters to be studied in this phase include optiumum particle shape and size distribution, green density of anodes, sintering conditions, chemical etching and reformation-impregnation conditions.
