AUTEC ACOUSTIC TRACKING SYSTEM

Abstract

This report describes the Acoustic Tracking System to be used during operation of the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) Acoustic Range. The system is designed primarily to track a submarine relative either to a floating vertical array (MONOB-I) or to a bottommounted fixed array of noise- measuring hydjophones (AUTEC).
