Abstract

Efforts concerned a production reliability improvement program for germanium transistor 2N1430. An instruction manual for the implementation of a quality control plan is presented. The procedures shall be applicable to all manufacturing, processing, and inspection operations carried out on all types of semiconductor products. (Author)
