Abstract

The literature review initiated in the previous report has been extended and categorized with a coding system. The coded bibliography containing 200 references is included in this report. A vacuum system, evaporation chamber, substrate holder, and straining device have been designed. A brief discussion of these units, with drawings, is included. (Author)
