CESIUM BEAM TUBE STUDIES.

Abstract

An analysis is presented of three main areas: cesium beam optics efficiency; C-field homogeneity; and microwave fields and phase. The results of the analysis are presented and the design of the experiments on cesium beam effusion patterns, C-field homogeneity, magnetic shielding, microwave field homogeneity, and cavity phase was initiated.
