INTERNAL OSCILLATIONS IN P-N-P-M TRANSISTORS,

Abstract

It is shown that the complex dependence of the coefficient of amplification in accordance with the current alpha of transistors of the type p-n-p-m is to be explained by the occurrence of inner oscillations. There are presented some results of experimental investigation of the internal oscillations and the proposed mechanism of their formation. (Author)
