SOME EFFECTS OF THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT ON AEROSPACE SYSTEMS.

Abstract

A typical aerospace mission from the pre-launch phase to recovery is described. At each stage of the operation, the effects of the natural environment are briefly examined from the standpoint of safety, reliability, and the overall performance of the systems. (Author)
