VARACTOR DIODE INDUSTRIAL PREPAREDNESS MEASURES.

Abstract

Efforts continues on a program to mass-produce a microwave silicon diffused mesa varactor diode. Three different package-style varactor diodes were manufactured. These diodes were submitted to the requisite tests. Data were taken and test results are presented. Manufacturing operations flow charts and yield figures are also presented for this phase. (Author)
