TIMING PULSE GENERATION FOR A SYNCHRONOUS LOGIC SYSTEM
Abstract
A description is given of three pulse generators which produce related waveforms used in the control of a directly coupled logic system. The directly coupled transistor logic (DCTL) technique is first expounded in so far as it is relevant to the material in the text. Each generator is considered first in general terms complete with the associated logic diagrams, and then a detailed description is given of the practical interpretation illustrated with schematic diagrams and waveforms.
