MINIMUM POWER ANALOGUE COMMUNICATION,

Abstract

In this discussion of the theory of minimum power wide-band frequency modulation communications, the following are considered: system configuration, sources of noise, frequency modulation theory, frequency-following reception, phase-lock and FM feedback, thresholding, the effects of system nonlinearities, and the use of pre-emphasis.
