MATERIAL - ELECTRICAL POTTING - PRO-SEAL 777 EVALUATION OF,

Abstract

A reformulated, two component polyurethane electrical potting compound, Pro-Seal 777 was evaluated with respect to application, cure, physical, and electrical properties. Test specimens were prepared and tested in accordance with MIL-S-8516 B, Sealing Compound, Synthetic Rubber, Accelerated (for Electric Connectors and Electric Systems). All test results presented in an attached table. In addition, a three component polyurethane, Pro-Seal 777, was evaluated under Test Request F-7624. (Author, modified-PL).
