PRECISION GLASS CRYSTAL UNITS.
Abstract
The design of 1 to 5 mc crystal resonator units with Q's in the neighborhood of one million, enclosed in the HC-27/U glass holder (HC-6/U) is discussed. Emphasis is placed upon the reduction of losses. Data are given on 25 or more units at each of five frequencies: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 mc. Data are also given on stability vs. drive level, and on aging.
