Abstract

The plane strain fracture toughness indexes calculated for the 260-280 ksi heat treat are included as empirical data. The modified normalize heat treatment was not detrimental to the plane strain fracture toughness indexes of D6ac steels heat treated to the 220-240 ksi range. (Author)
