ELECTROSTATIC GYRO EVALUATION PROGRAM, PHASE II. DEVELOPMENT OF ESG TEST EQUIPMENT.

Abstract

This report describes the development, procurement, fabrication and checkout of test equipment required for the evaluation of electrically suspended gyros in the gambaled and strapdown modes. This equipment was used under Phase III of this contract to evaluate comprehensively the two AESG's developed. Actual test results on the gyros will be found in the Phase III Test and Evaluation Report. (Author)
