SEPARATION OF AVIATION OFFICER CANDIDATES FROM CADETS FOR PURPOSES OF PREDICTING VOLUNTARY WITHDRAWALS,

This study suggests possible reasons for the inefficient prediction of withdrawals and demonstrates that by separating aviation officer candidates and aviation cadets it is possible to obtain a better prediction.
