A round table discussion held during the Specialists' Meeting on The Mechanism of Noise Generation in Turbulent Flow sponsored by the AGARD Fluid Dynamics Panel, at the Training Center for Experimental Aerodynamics, RhodeSaint-Genese, Belgium, 1-5 April 1963. A series of questions and answers followed by an open disucssion and statements of intentions regarding future work in this field.
