ELF INVESTIGATIONS.
Abstract
Two observation stations, one in unich, German and the other in Kingston, R. I., USA, are being used to observe the fluctuations of the Earth magnetic field in the frequency region around 10 cps. A time mark generator herein described in detail has been developed for the purpose of putting synchronised time marks triggered by an ordinary mechanical clock on the paper tape records with a precision of 0.0002 to 0.0005.
