A NOTE ON THE MECHANICAL CONSTITUTIVE EQUATIONS FOR MATERIALS WITH MEMORY,

Abstract

This note is concerned with restrictions on the mechanical constitutive equations for a material with memory due to the fact that simultaneous rotation of the body and reference system leaves the stress unaltered. Two earlier methods of obtaining these restrictions are unified. (Author)
