STUDY OF NON-OXIDE MATERIALS WITH DEFECT STRUCTURES

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the exploration of properties on nonoxide materials designed to have controllable gross defects. The exploration of properties is aimed at the correlation of the amount and nature of defects with the properties; and, next, at the potential development of properties based on the understanding of controllable defects.
