PROCEEDINGS OF THE SECOND TROPOSPHERIC REFRACTION EFFECTS TECHNICAL REVIEW MEETING. VOLUME III.
Abstract
This publication covers the papers presented at the Second Tropospheric Refraction Effects Technical Review Meeting, sponsored by the Electronic Systems Division of the Air Force. The meeting was held at The MITRE Corporation on November 13 and 14, 1963. The papers are grouped into five sections, each section corresponding to the agency or type of organization sponsoring the work. The first section covers work on tropospheric refraction sponsored by the Electronic Systems Division in support of metric instrumentation on the national missile ranges. This work is under the technical direction of The MITRE Corporation. Volume III includes the papers presented by representatives of Government Laboratories and Centers. Results of the most up-to-date measurement data available at the time of the meeting are included. In addition, this volume includes an extensive bibliography of over 400 items, and a list of those who attended the Technical Review Meeting. (Author)
