Abstract
A manual describing methods for predicting the detailed responses of electronic circuits and systems to a nuclear radiation pulse is presented. Volume II presents detailed radiation response data for most types of electronic components and also presents the necessary radiation equivalent circuit information for making circuit response predictions. For each component is presented a description of the basic effects, the radiation equivalent circuit, procedures for measuring the required parameters, and compilation of significant and valid experimentally determined design data including some from other laboratories. Components considered are resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, silicon controlled rectifiers, transformers and chokes, vacuum tubes, and miscellaneous piece-parts. (Author)
