FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF CONNFORMAL MAPPING TECHNIQUES,

Abstract

A significant improvement in the previously reported method of conformally mapping singlyconnected regions having at least one axis of symmetry was achieved. In addition, the method was extended to include mapping of interior regions. The method was tested by conformally mapping several solid propellant grain cross sections, a splined shaft, and notches in a protrusion on a half plane. Listings of and operating procedures for the pertinent computer programs written in FORTRAN IV are given. (Author)
