SELF-CONSISTENT BLAST WAVE PARAMETERS

Abstract

This report presents a self-consistent set of blast-wave properties for TNT explosive. Summaries of the contents of various sources of pertinent experimental data are given together with evaluations of these data in order to justify the use of only a selected number of these sources. Discussions of various theoretical methods of predicting blast-wave characteristics are also given.
