CHEMICAL SYNTHESES OF ACTINOMYCIN ANALOGS.

Abstract

This report describes the study of several routes to the formation of nicotinyl amino acids and 4-phenoxythiin carboxylic acid amino acids. Nicotinyl azide was most effective in this syn thesis. Preliminary pharmacology on the nicotinic acid derivatives is given. (Author)
