MEMORY TESTER FOR THE DI/AN MINIATURE MAGNETIC CORE MEMORY SYSTEM,

Abstract

The DI/AN miniature magnetic core memory tester is a dynamic test unit which exercises the memory under test with a variety of input patterns. The tester was designed to substantiate specifications guaranteed by the manufacturer and investigate marginal or malfunctioning emory systems. The tester employs a maximum sequence counter to generate timing, pattern inputs and error sensing. All logic was designed with K series integrated elements mounted on special breadboard cards.
