Abstract

This document presents translation into English of five articles by K. G. Schmidt and G. Heidermanns on the application of phase contrast and dark field microscopy to the color identification of micronsized atmospheric mineral particulates. The dispersion staining articles appeared in the German periodical, Staub, between 1956 and 1962. (Author)
