STABLE FERRITES FOR R.F. APPLICATIONS.

Abstract

Progress is reported on the investigation of stable high frequency core materials. The areas of work include the following: (1) Effects of Particle and Grain Size on mu, Q, TC, and Disaccommodation of Some Ni-Zn Ferrites for the Frequency Range 1 to 12 mc/s; (2) Capacitor Compensation of the Temperature Behavior of mu sub zero of Ni-Zn Ferrites to Achieve a Zero TC; and (3) Mechanical Compensation of the Temperature Behavior of mu sub zero of Ni-Zn Ferrites to Achieve a zero TC.
