Abstract

Various aspects of the problems of acquiring, training, and deploying personnel for the maintenance of SAM systems were discussed in detail with the pertinent schools, representatives from the US Continental Army Command (USCONARC), experienced individuals in the field, and individuals involved in ancillary research for the military, notably the Human Resources Research Office (HUMRRO).
