CERTAIN CASES OF STRESS CONCENTRATION IN A PLATE WITH AN INFINITE NUMBER OF HOLES,

Abstract

Several problems in the theory of elasticity for unbounded plates with an infinite number of circular or square holes whose centers are colinear, as well as for plates with two or three series of circular openings are investigated and solved by the method given by V. I. Makhovikov in Izv. vuzov. Stroit. i. arkhitektura No. 4, 1960. Effects of bending, stretching, and twisting are considered. (Author)
