COMPOUND SEMICONDUCTORS. ANNOTATED BIBLIOGRAPHY.

Abstract

This annotated bibliography is based on Soviet open source material of the period from 1961 to 1963. The bibliography is divided into three parts: (1) AIIIBV compounds, (2) AIIBVI compounds, and (3) AIVBIV compounds. Sources are given for English translations or abstracts, which are available for all the papers. The entries are arranged alphabetically by authors. Theoretical and experimental material and review articles were included. (Author)
