INTERSTITIAL DERIVATIVES OF BETA BORON.
Abstract
A new boron-silicon phase that is isotypic with beta boron has been prepared. The data indicate a composition of B14Si. This new phase and a previously reported aluminum-boron phase are interpreted as interstitial derivatives of beta boron. (Author)
