PHOTOMETRIC MEASUREMENTS OF 155MM AND 200MM LANTERNS.

Abstract

Reported are the results of comprehensive photometric tests of two marine lanterns. The lanterns have molded fresnel drum lenses; one is glass and 200-mm in diameter, the other, acrylic plastic and 155-mm in diameter. Data are given for various marine signal lamps in the Coast Guard's standard 6.2-volt and 12-volt series. (Author)
