RADIATION DAMAGE IN SOLIDS. COMPILATION OF ABSTRACTS.

Abstract

This is a compilation of scientific papers on the subject of radiation damage in solids published in the periodical Fizika tverdogo tela (Solid State Physics), during the period from January 1961 to November 1963. The report is divided into four sections: semiconductors, silicon, germanium, cadmium sulfide, and cadmium selenide and indium antimonide, ionic crystals (excluding semiconductors) alkali halides, and magnesium and zinc titanates; other materials (covalent substances including polymers, glasses, Rochelle salt,...); and purely theoretical subjects. Within each section or subsection the papers are arranged chronologically starting with the earliest published articles. (Author)
