TOP PERSONALITIES IN THE SOVIET SPACE PROGRAM. COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS BASED ON SOVIET OPEN LITERATURE 1930-64.

Abstract

This report contains material which makes it possible to identify by name several persons who might play leading roles in today's Soviet space program. In addition, the report discusses material in support of the statement found in a previous AID report, that the Soviet space program has both military and scientific goals, and all the technical aspects of the space program have been developed by one design bureau under the supervision of a single man, called in open sources the Chief Designer of Carrier Rockets and Spacecraft.
