RESEARCH ON ADAPTIVE DEVICES.

Abstract

Research is reported on electrochemical pattern recognition systems. The ultimate goal is a new class of ultra-compact/complex Perceptrons. Work reported here is primarily concerned with the growth by electrodeposition of a parallel array of small gold dendrites which will constitute the memory of an 'adaptive' linear decision function device.
