GROWTH OF SINGLE CRYSTALS.
Abstract
This report is based on Soviet and East European open source materials available at the Aerospace Information Division and the Library of Congress and covers 1962. The 126 entries are divided into two parts and arranged in alphabetical order by author within each part, in the same manner as in the first report. Annotations have been provided in all cases where abstracts are not available, except in the cases where the original sources were not on hand. A modified format has been selected for this report in order to facilitate its use. Coded topic tags and descriptors are assigned to each entry. The topic tags located under Subject index no. at the bottom of each entry represent the broad and the narrow concepts relevant to the subject of a particular entry, while the descriptors reflect the contents of the article reported and are not necessarily the same as topic tags. Each topic tag is coded using a binary system in which the broader concept is represented by a number and the limiting or narrow concept or subclass by a letter. (Author)
