FEASIBILITY OF A 50-WATT PORTABLE GENERATOR USING A SOLAR-POWERED STIRLING-CYCLE ENGINE.

Abstract

This report discusses the feasibility and design of a portable electric generator using a Stirling-cycle engine and solar energy. It is to be used for generating electricity in remote areas. Also discussed are the maintenance, efficiency, cost, service life, size, weight, and operation of the electric generator. (Author)
