SSB AND VHF CRYSTAL FILTERS.
Abstract
In this report the design, fabrication, and test results for the developmental ten-crystal bimotional crystal filter at 5.0 MC are presented and evaluated. Initial results from an investigation of temperature compensation of a tencrystal intermediate filter design at 5 MC are presented. Factors involved in future investigations on temperature compensation are discussed. General considerations, specifications, design, theoretical performance, and test results on a four section quartz crystal filter assembly containing lower sideband and AM symmetrical filters are presented.
