THE REACTION OF PEROXYDISULFURYL DIFLUORIDE WITH ANHYDRIDES OF CERTAIN PERHALOCARBOXYLIC ACIDS TO FORM PERHALOACYL FLUOROSULFATES.

Abstract

Peroxydisulfurly difluoride reacts almost quantitatively with the anhydride of a perfluorocarboxylic acid at 100 C. New compounds obtained in this manner are: CF3C(O)OSO2F, ClCF2OSO2F, ClCF2C(O)OSO2F, C2F5C(O)OSO2F, O3F7C(O)OSO2F, and FO2SOCF2CF2(O)OSO2F. (Author)
