DEVELOPMENT OF A PARACHUTE SYSTEM FOR THE HIGH-DRAG BOMB.

Abstract

Results of a preliminary design study of a parachute for the high-drag bomb are given in this report, together with results of preliminary drop and whirl tower testing. Certain modifications of the parachute, based on the findings of these tests, are described. (Author)
