CONNECTIVITY AND CAPACITY COMPUTER PROGRAM WITH CIRCUIT AND ROUTING LOGIC.

Abstract

This report describes the Connectivity and Capacity Computer Program with Circuit and Routing Logic developed for the Defense Communications Agency. The measurements of survivability include the availability of circuits between user pairs at specified time intervals following an attack, channel capacities between any set of user pairs (neglecting competition from other users), the availability of circuits between user pairs when there is a limitation on the maximum number of allowable intermediate links (circuit logic), and the identification of specific routes when circuits exist (routing logic).
