A REVIEW OF THE AIR FORCE MATERIALS RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.
Abstract
Abstracts of technical reports published by the Air Force Materials Laboratory during the period 1 July 1963 - 30 June 1964 are presented in this bibliography. Reports on research conducted by the Air Force Materials Laboratory personnel as well as that conducted on contract are included. Materials covered include: ablatives, adhesives, coatings, lubricants, thermoplastics, thermosets, fiber reinforced composites and laminates, foams refractories, elastomers and metallic alloys. The mechanical, electrical, thermal and optical properties of these materials are also reported. Various fabrication procedures (e.g. joining, brazing, bonding, welding,) are also described. Indexes to subject areas, investigators, project monitors, and Contractors of the annotated abstracts referred to in the bibliography are attached. (LS-PL).
