MEASUREMENTS OF THE CONDUCTIVITY AND PHOTOSENSITIVITY OF THE K-SB AND CS-SB YSTEMS IN THIN LAYERS.

Abstract

Measurements are made of the electrical conductivity and total external photoeffect of thin films of the K-Sb- and Cs-Sb- systems as a function of composition. The composition is determined by a microbalance with a sensitivity of 1 X 10 to the -6th power. (Author)
