Abstract

This volume is one of seven which describe different aspects of the TEMPER model. TEMPER, an acronym for Technological, Economic, Military and Political Evaluation Routine, is a model for simulating global Cold War conflict and is programmed to be run on a digital computer. The goal of the computer situations. This volume is divided into two parts. Part I, Gaming, is designed to enable persons to use and instructions for purely computer operations into working TEMPER games. It starts with the initial planning works through to the final analysis and conclusions. Part II, Symbol Directory, traces the flow of cause and effect through the model.
