STUDY OF THE STORAGE STABILITY OF CONTAINERS AND FOOD PROCURED FOR THE CIVIL DEFENSE SHELTER PROGRAM

Abstract

During the third year of this study, all items remained in continuous storage. Due to variations in periodic examination dates for the 13 products, the total period of storage covered by the present report is 13 January 1964 to 5 April 1965. Storage conditions for this period (as averages and standard deviations) are described.
